Bad fats come from animal fats and hydrogenated oils.  These kinds of fats can lead to high blood pressure, heart problems, and high cholesterol.  There are other options, however than eating foods that contain bad fats.  Try ground turkey instead of ground beef or lean pork loin roast instead of fatty ham.  If you must eat potato chips, try to get the ones that are reduced salt and cooked in natural oils.  Some restaurants are even going to new oils for fried food that contain no saturated fats, which are a leading cause of heart disease and stroke in the United States. 

3rd Tip - Aerobic exercise is essential

Aerobic exercise allows and encourages the muscles to use as much oxygen as possible.  During these workouts, the heart has to pump faster to allow for increased blood flow, which strengthens your heart. You can also try out some resistance training. Remember at least 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Your daily activities and exercise must exceed your calorie intake by at least 500.

Make plants the foundation of your diet. Whole foods – Fruit and veggies. This is important for your overall health and to avoid some nasty side effects of not getting enough fiber in your diet. Fresh fruit & Veggies supply your body with all the necessary nutrients.

5th Tip -Stop eating sugar & drinking sodas.

Sugar is one of the main reasons why people gain weight.  Many people have a sweet tooth and cannot help but indulge in these foods.  Sugar is processed through the system very quickly.  It is hard on the digestive organs and causes them to work extra hard to process the foods for elimination. Sugar stays in the bloodstream and turns into fat. Its got no nutritional value, and it bad for your health overall.

6th Tip - Eat fat-burning foods.

You need to include fat-burning foods in your diet. These foods include Peas & Chickpeas, All Berry types, Tuna, & Salmon, Citrus Fruits, & Hot spicy foods. This turns your metabolism into overdrive. There are many others that you can add to this list.
